Vanua Fieldwork

Vanua Fieldwork is a presentation of visual images and videos of distinctive cultural norms and practices succinctly unique to a tribe or tikina, or to a province within Fiji. The fieldwork aims to educate and inform, make aware and advocate for our indigenous knowledge and cultural heritage, which is often expressed through traditional art and craft practices, traditional fishing and agricultural practices and cultural performances and entertainment.

Here we present the Vanua Fieldwork for the province of Rewa and has in its sights to gradually capture the same rich cultural information for the remaining provinces in Fiji.
