The property on 16 Fort street was purchased in August 2011. It is tenanted and currently occupied by Clearview Architects.
TTFB currently owns the Auxiliary Business Areas (ABA) of the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji, Denarau. Radisson Blu Resort is committed to being a sustainable tourism operator and responsible member of the local community. Apart from having achieved the Silver EarthCheck Certification, Radisson Blu has contributed to raising educational standards by providing local schools with basic resources such as libraries, computer labs and other educational resources.
The Union Plaza is situated on Thomas Street, Suva. Within the building are various retail outlets.
TTFB Car Park
The iTaukei Trust Fund Board car park is situated at the corner of Stewart and Fort Street in Suva. It was previously owned by the Methodist Church of Fiji.
The Draiba Complex (a.k.a iTaukei Trust Fund Complex)
The Draiba complex is located on 87 Queen Elizabeth Drive, Suva. It consists of several buildings: the Valenibose and Members Lounge, now available as conference and workshop venues; the North and South Wing Buildings, fully tenanted by government and occupied by the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs & iTaukei Affairs Board, the Lands Department and Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Veivueti House, now the official base of the iTaukei Trust Fund Board.
