In an effort to strengthen its continued working partnership, members of our team recently completed a week long training on Monitoring and Evaluation facilitated by Market Development Facility .
The training was pivotal in efforts to address the gaps or challenges faced before, during or after any project implementation phase. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is essential for tracking a project’s progress, ensuring that activities align with goals, timelines, and budgets. It also provides valuable insights for informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and accountability to stakeholders.
TTFB continues to work with MDF not only to improve such gaps but also to redesign its intervention efforts when reaching out to the iTaukei and Rotumans communities.
