Expression of Interest – Early Civil Works
The iTaukei Trust Fund Board (TTFB) as part of the GCC Complex Redevelopment Project is now embarking on Phase 3 of the Project – Commercial Cluster Building. The Project focuses on the creation of a vibrant commercial hub to generate economic opportunities while respecting cultural heritage.
TTFB invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable civil works contractors to undertake early civil works at the Project site.
The Scope of Work includes:
- Site Preparation: clearing, grading and leveling of the site
Earthworks, stabilizing and compacting soils to support future construction.
To be considered, interested companies must:
- Have relevant experience in early civil works for commercial projects.
- Hold valid business licenses and necessary regulatory certifications.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety and environmental standards.
- Be able to mobilize resources and complete the work within a specified timeframe.
Please provide the following in your EOI:
- A brief company profile highlighting relevant experience.
- Details of at least three (3) recent financial statements.
- A proposed approach to executing the early civil works.
- Contact information for two referees from similar projects.
EOI proposals are to be submitted to the following manner:
- Application in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Expression of Interest – TTFB Civil Works” to be delivered to the iTaukei Trust Fund Board Office, Veivueti House, 87 Queen Elizabeth Drive, Suva; or
